Vineethaa joined Jadu as an intern 6 years ago. She started off as a front end tester in the Jadu Creative team. She then moved into the forms team to test the back end of the XFP product before she finally moved into the Customer Success team.
As a customer success consultant in Jadu, Vineethaa has experience of communicating and helping customers. She has helped a range of customers implement the product in the best possible way.
The experience she gained from being a tester in two teams places her in a position to understand the product from a team perspective and from a user's perspective.
